Michelle Keegan and Mark Wright shared their joy with fans as they announced the arrival of their baby daughter. 'Ten Pound Poms' star Michelle Keegan has given birth to her first child with husband Mark Wright, celebrating the occasion by sharing an enchanting black and white picture showing the couple holding their little one's hand.

In a tender reveal on Instagram, they introduced their new addition: "Together we have a new love to share... Our little girl. Palma Elizabeth Wright... 06.03.25."

The pair, both aged 37 and married since 2015, joyfully declared back in December 2024 that they were expecting, posting an adorable image of Michelle embracing her baby bump, dressed in a radiant white ensemble as Mark walked towards her. Along with a baby emoji, they added: "2025 is going to be a special one for us.."

Michelle Keegan and Mark Wright are parents for the first time

Michelle posted the tender snap on Instagram

Michelle, famed for her role on 'Brassic', disclosed last month to MailOnline her plans for some time out, expressing her aspiration to fully embrace motherhood: "I'm going to take a good chunk of time off to enjoy being a mum. I'm never normally at home in the summer, I've always been away working, so I can't wait."

Meanwhile, Mark, who tends to keep his private life away from the limelight, confided in The Sun about his anticipation for fatherhood, claiming: "I'm just excited for the whole process. A parent shapes you. If you haven't got a good upbringing, you can still end up being a good person but if you've got good parents, like we have, you're going out into life [with] a massive head start."

He continued: "My dad is everything you'd dream [of] in a dad. He's always put us first, no matter what, whether that was financially or in terms of love and care."

Mark added: "We've always felt so loved and that's one of the most important things for any parent - to make your child feel loved and to [let] them know [you're] there."
